your body belongs to God. it is the tabernacle of the Holy Spirit, His house. Though your body belongs to God. He made you its caretaker, God has already done all He needs to do about your health. so there's no reason not to enjoy divine health every day You ought to be healthy and strong always and the responsibility to keep your body right is on you.

Healthy living is a conscious lifestyle that is obtainable by making positive choices and developing healthy habits for the improvement of your well-being. What you do with your body. or to your body, will determine the quality of your health - physically and otherwise. Cultivate healthy habits that will keep your body healthy. Remember, every habit starts with one choice that is reinforced repeatedly. Outlined in this article are some healthy living practices.

MEDITATE ON THE WORD

God's Word is true medicine to your body. The Bible says that the Word is life unto those that find it and health to their flesh (Proverbs 4:22). The importance of the Word of God cannot be over emphasised. Study and meditate on God's Word concerning your health and make bold faith confessions every day; it will produce the result of what it talks about in your body.

KEEP A HAPPY HEART

A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones (Proverbs 17:22 AMPC). Some diseases, such as cancer, draw strength from depression, bitterness, anger, resentment, malice, and sadness. But laughter has curative powers and is an expression of joy and cheerfulness. If people who are sick or faced with dire circumstances in their lives would act simply on God's Word by learning to laugh often, they'll be amazed at the sudden change. You have joy in your recreated spirit: as such, laughter is natural for you Learn to pull back and laugh often as part of your health) living routine.

DRINK WATER

Water is essential, as it is the basis of fluids in the body Water detoxifies and expels wastes from the bod transports nutrients to the cells, regulates core body temperature and pH levels, and supports a multitude of physiological processes. Being well-hydrated elevates energy levels and can help alleviate headaches. Also, many common health problems can be avoided by t simply drinking more water. Dehydration causes fatigue, depression, high blood pressure, weakness, and loss of energy. Drink water when you feel thirsty, rather than juice, carbonated drinks, or other beverages. Drinking lots of water every day will help you stay healthy!

EAT RIGHT

What you eat will affect how healthy your body is. Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit about what you take and don't. At maturity, feeding goes beyond what you like. Don't eat for merry-making, eat for strength. Eat food for what it does for you. A properly planned nutritious diet will provide energy and the needed materials for growth, bodybuilding, and repair of tissues, thus sustaining immunity and enhancing functionality for all systems and organs in the body.

REST

To be the best of you at all times, you must allow your body to rest and refresh itself through sleep. Good sleep and proper rest have many advantages, ranging from a healthy heart and maintaining an ideal weight to wellness of mind and much more. Give up the use of stimulants to keep you awake or sedatives to help you sleep. Be mindful of factors that hamper sleep, like too much exposure to screens, noisy environments, etc. Discipline your body to sleep and wake up when you want to. Speak in tongues and speak God's Word over your body to make it conform to the sleep pattern that you desire.

EXERCISE

Keeping fit isn't just for athletes or artistes; it's for everyone. Exercising should be a part of your daily or weekly routine to keep your muscles toned and your body fit. Easy exercises range from swimming and walkings to doing household chores. Regular physical activity prevents the development of various conditions. Sticking with a sedentary lifestyle will adversely affect your health, so be sure to exercise often. Also, exercise your whole body, including your eyes, ears, and mind.
